IMHO, if an employer is so severely concerned about the effect of performance altering substances creating any safety issues among their employees, then all substances that fall within that category should be banned, including alcohol and over-the-counter/prescription medications. I realize this approach is ludicrously draconian, but it will dramatically change the conversation regarding how much control over what people do in their private lives is mandated by all employers.

  2. Money in the bank for you guys… lol, lets hope some common sense kicks in and radical approaches are few and far between. Besides, as a pilot are they not supposed to be flying high. Just kidding
